Before placing your order, please check whether the products you have selected are chilled or frozen.

As chilled and frozen products may need to be shipped separately, your order could require two separate deliveries, resulting in additional shipping costs.

Once we receive your order, we will review it, verify product availability and final weights, then send you an order confirmation together with your invoice.

Please note that payment is required in advance. If we receive your payment on the same day we send the invoice, your order will normally be dispatched the following day (except on Sundays, as the transport company is closed).

As we are located in Krabi, we can ship chilled and frozen products only via NIM Express. However, deliveries to certain destinations are not always possible through their network.
